At EverPaws, many of our items are made to order and some are personalized just for you.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size or color selection, or personalization details entered incorrectly at checkout.
We do accept returns, replacements, or refunds if your item arrives:

misprinted

or incorrect
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

and clear photos showing the problem
Do not return items without contacting us first. We’ll provide next steps after we review your request.
If your request is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the issue.
Because our products are made to order, original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the problem was caused by us or the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
